Google real estate enthusiast!

Everyone loves google.com. But really, what’s not to like? I can spend hours just randomly browsing over nothing at all. I also love to look up places and picture myself living there. I travel through all the beautiful photos of trips or hotels and even real estate that I can’t afford. My recent online travel was to Santa Barbara. I was watching “Its complicated” and Meryl Streep’s house its just to die for. Not to mention the awesome view and gigantic kitchen she so desperate want to reconstruct. (Didn't see the movie? No worries a pic below...)

During my “googleling” I notice a trend. I like really expensive houses. As soon as I realized that, I stopped. I mean I can’t afford any of those houses, at least not yet. So why torture myself looking at them? What if, when I move to NYC nothing would satisfy me because of my obsession with real estate dream houses? Well, I like to think them as my long time goal and something to look forward.

Real estate is great passion of mine. Currently I have none but my parents have 5 properties all over the island. At least for now, I don’t know how everything will turn out after the divorce. By the way did I mention I found my dad’s mistress over facebook? Yep, disturbing… But I tell you about that later when I’m not too emotional about it. I like to think that emotions could cloud ones judgment and I don’t want to make statement that I later regret.

Anyways my best site for dream real estate is www.trulia.com. It is the best to browse over properties and it has a lot of pics! I’m drooling over this one right now:

Do you have any real estate dream property? Or what's your google dream escape?

PS: I have 100 followers!! This is a huge achievement for me!! Thank you so much!! =) I think is time for a blog makeover (a design makeover I mean)!!!! So I'm open to any recommendation on any site that makes blog design. Who designed yours? Did you do it yourself?

My perfect place would be somewhere far from the city where nature still exists. I love the last 4 pictures you posted. The wood and view seems awesome.

I hope you will have you dream house soon enough

I would adore a cute beach house - something with a lot of white decor and a view of the ocean. Something straight out of Coastal Living.

The good news about real estate is that for a lot of work, a little money, and some paint you can make any place look expensive (okay not expensive, but Ikea-chic).

I dream of owning a house like that too! And that house you're drooling over is really a WOW! It will only be a "dream" house for me coz i definitely can't afford that.

Congrats on the 100! Why a make-over? I love your layout now and i think it suits you but if you feel like changing it, go for it girl! Have fun!

I love googleing different places too! I always image myself somewhere near the ocean (current obsession is Miami). Plus my mom is a realtor, so sometimes I use her business website to check out what's available in my dream cities.

I really like the layout you have now! What are you thinking of changing?

Thanks girls!

Well I was thinking of changing the top banner since its a template from blogger. Make it more unique and original. But definitely keeping the city skyline concept. Also making the post area wider... I will keep you posted on changes, promise! ;)

Dating diva: Miami?? Oh my!! Loveee Miami!!!

Mystic dreamer: Thank you!!!

Kelly: True! A great decoration can make a whole new place!!

You should definitely check out Roost.Com. That's where I found my house. Of course, I couldn't afford my DREAM home, but one can hope. :)
