Something to bright up my day and maybe yours too: Carrie and Mr. Big apartment! I went to see the movie and it was ok. Cutting to the chase, the apartment décor was pure bliss. The color combinations were classy; the furniture was just the right amount between elegant and chic! Oh and the wallpapers were astonishing. May I remind that I’m a wallpaper enthusiast and I was very pleased with what I saw. I don’t even have to mention how wonderful the closet was because, you know Carrie. i LOVED the way carrie and big's apartment was decorated! so elegant and decadent. especially that kitchen backsplash. yum. and the bedroom wallpaper. double yum.

Just wallpapered the formal dining room in a tomato red vertical self stripe with corresponding cream self stripes :D

Wil, have you seen the book "THE CARRIE DIARIES"? I saw it last month when i visited the bookstore. It seems it tells the beginnings of Carrie. I just thought you might be interested because you love SATC.

the decor was one of my favorite features of satc2 movie. i've seen most of these pictures, but the room with the fabulous damask wall paper i have not seen a photo of. it's the room where carrie and big are calling it a night after their friends' wedding. i have to find me that one, that one was my fave, but these are just as nice. thanks for sharing hun.

I think I liked this apartment better than the film! Except the couch, which I didn't really like. I really want a coffee table like they had though.

The apartment looks fab! I'm going to see the movie tomorrow! I figured even if it's as bad as everyone says at least there will be amazing sets and clothes to drool over!
